  • Job Description:
    • Handling the entire core IT & Non – IT Recruitment from junior level to senior level.
    • Proactive Coordination with different Managers to gather & be updated on the open requirements and imminent openings.
    • Planning & implementing cost effective sourcing strategies – from Campus, Employee Referral, Portals, Walk-Ins, Mass-mailing, Job Posting, Cold calling, Online social networks or External vendors.
    • Searching CVs, validating the profiles in terms of Salary, technical matching, Communication, confidence level etc.
    • Execute Pre-Screening of the profiles, Conducting Telephonic Interviews, Organizing Technical test & Conducting Technical interviews.
    • Sourcing profiles through various agencies, portals and managing a databank for future requirement.
    • Completing documentation, taking HR interviews, salary negotiation etc.
    • Reference Checking, Issuing offer Letter and continuous follow up until On-boarding.
    • Planning and execution of Off-Campus and On-Campus hiring for Fresher.
    • Monitoring QuadLabs Career site, posting new jobs & removal of closed jobs.
    • Building the database through References, Employee Referral Scheme and Head Hunting.
    • Conducting exit interview process for resigned / terminated employees
    • Retention of Employees.
    • Handling the various employee engagement activities.
    • Preparing MIS reports and sharing them with Management on monthly/quarterly/Yearly basis.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    • Should have at-least 3 – 4 year experience in IT & Non -IT Recruitments.
    • Should be able to join immediately.
    • Should have done MBA -HR from a reputed University.
    • Should have good Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
    • The candidate should be able to handle pressure.
    • Should have pleasing personality.
