- Exp required: 1.5 -2Years (Airlines, travel agencies, GSAs, Backend support)
- Knowledge of fare rules and airline terminology
- Elements of PNR creation.
- City codes domestic and international
- Basic GDS knowledge (Amadeus and Galileo)
- Microsoft office applications.
- Fluency in English (neutral accent) and Hindi.
- Familiar with online booking portals ( flights , car , packages and hotels )
- The incumbent will be responsible to handle inbound calls from clients (Travel organizations) and would be required to follow up on the issues raised till final resolution.
