Certified as an expert in Design Thinking & Innovation from IIT Delhi and holding a Six Sigma Black Belt, Gaurav leverages these qualifications to streamline processes and boost operational efficiency for clients and stakeholders alike.

Driven by a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, Gaurav constantly seeks new avenues to deliver exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth. He has successfully implemented methodologies such as Design Thinking and Six Sigma across various projects and platforms, notably contributing to the development of Tres Care, a remote health monitoring platform serving individuals, hospitals, governments, and organizations.

Having spearheaded pivotal projects with esteemed multinational corporations, both domestically and internationally, Sandeep possesses a comprehensive skill set encompassing financial planning and analysis, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), US GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, tax, treasury, and legal and statutory compliance. Renowned for his adept management of cost control and savings initiatives, Sandeep has a proven track record of identifying and monitoring key business drivers to foster business expansion and enhance profitability.
