QuadLabs Technologies Celebrate Their 7th Annual Day On 24th Jan’14
Another year flew by and it was that time of the year again. The Quadlabs team eagerly awaited the 2013 Annual Awards Celebrations of QuadLabs Technologies Pvt. Ltd, which were hosted this year at the Fortune Excalibur.
An action packed evening began with a speech by the “employee of the year” for 2011-12 Mr. Nitin Chaudhry. Nitin presented a history of Quadlab’s humble beginning and shared the grand vision that lies ahead.
Mr. Gaurav Chiripal, CEO of Quadlabs presented a holistic view of the way the organization has organically grown over the last couple of years and unveiled expansion plans by way of diversification into services within the travel domain. Mr. Mahesh Mehta, Product Head and Mr. Abhishek Jangid, VP Product Sales gave presentations of their team achievements as well as future plans in the year ahead.
During the presentation Gaurav highlighted accomplishments which QuadLabs has achieved over last year and expressed future gears and growth of company. The annual day also presented the opportunity for recognizing outstanding contributions involved from each department. Sarfaraz Ahmad Ansari from Implementation team walked away with the most prestigious award for the night, the Employee for the year 2012-13, Ravi Joon from Design Team and Harish Kumar from Development Team were crowned as Star Performer from Gurgaon and Noida Office respectively. The Most Efficient Team was taken won by Business Development Team for the second year in a row whereas Arpit Nogama from Implementation Team won Best New Comer Male and Meena Ajmera from Development Team won Best New Comer Female award. The award for Best Leader went to Pavan Kumar Gupta from Development team and Vishvajeet Singh won the best software developer for his dedicated efforts. IT support was awarded the best admin department for year 2012-13.
The entire Quadlabs family was present at the event and the award ceremony was followed by late night celebrations of music and dancing. It was an event that one would remember for years to come, there was exhilaration of the wins and of the milestones achieved. Once again we had over achieved Revenue Targets and one could tell that this team is yearning for more. So till next we year, we aspire, perspire to acquire one of those coveted trophies.
